History repeats it self as it is the story of unchangeable human nature. Man who is a social animal behaves in a same way as his nature dictates him. While discussing war, Clausewitz observes, “war is extension of policy by other mean” i.e. each nation has interests that are out come of its ideology, economy and of its geographic insights investment property. To protect these interests national policy is formulated. To protect and implement this policy there are two means first mean is diplomacy and the other is strategy.
The first mean is peaceful in its nature. Nations, first try to secure their interests by negotiations and other peace full means. However, when these negotiations fails then war becomes imminent and dispute is settled with the barrel of the gun.
